Green Block Party Discounts:

Our Green Block Party Program was designed with the environment and our customers in mind.  To have a "Green Block Party" there must be (4) or more homes in your subdivision or immediate area signed up for a Clean & Check back to back.

When a Green Block Party has been scheduled, our Standard Clean & Check rate is discounted for each of the homes serviced.  Due to the popularity of this program, we put out calendars every Clean & Check season, listing the days that we will be in your area.  If (4) or more homes schedule their Clean & Check on one of those days, we honor the discounted rate.

For a list of the days we will be in your area, visit our "Calendar of Events" tab.  Please remember to include your neighbors also.  This is one deal they will surely benefit from and if you refer them, you will receive a "Tell A Friend Coupon"!

Senior Citizen Discounts:

Sunset Mechanical offers a 10% discount for all of our customers ages 60 and up.  All you have to do is let us know when you book your appointment.

VIP Club Program for
Proactive Customers:

Get consecutive Spring and Fall Clean & Checks for (2) years and receive a Free Water Heater or Humidifier Clean & Check.  Continue on the path to (4) years of consecutive Spring and Fall Clean & Checks and receive your bonus card for ongoing discount opportunities!!!  This program is tricky because if you miss a season, you start from the beginning all over again.

We strongly believe that preventative maintenance is the best way to save you money and keep your system running in it's best condition.  This also gives us a chance to fix any problem that may be evolving before you have to make that emergency call to have us come out.

We also take the opportunity during your Clean & Check to let you know if we feel that something may need to be replaced in the following year.  This gives you an educated update on how your system is doing and prepares you for things to come.

There are really two forms of "Telling A Friend" that Sunset Mechanical rewards.

One is called "Refer A Friend".  By referring a friend to us as a new customer through word of mouth, you become eligible for a $5.00 coupon which you can use towards your next appointment.  To secure this coupon, make sure your friend tells us that they were referred to us by you.  After their first paid appointment, you will be mailed the coupon.

The second form is called "Show A Friend".  We now offer everyone the option of placing a "Serviced By" sign in their yard to help spread the word.  For every new customer we receive as a result of the sign in your yard, you will receive a $5.00 coupon.  We will deliver the sign to you and you will be able to keep the sign for a period of one month.  At the end of the month, we will pick up the sign and deliver it to the next person on the list.

This is a great opportunity to help you save some money and the only thing you have to do is make a phone call!!!  When ever we sign up a new customer we always ask them where they heard of us.  If they say it was the sign in your yard, you will be mailed the coupon after their first paid appointment.
